Proposal
Okay, I'm not sure if anyone reads this, I'm doubting it, but I'm proposing this idea to you all anyways. This concept of theological discussion intrigues me. Since this class has such a wide variety of philosophies and opinions and such articulate (usually) people, it would be interesting to have a bit of a philosophy debate forum on here. Ideas? Thoughts?

As far as a philosophy debate in a blog setting, I think that's a great idea as long as you set some clear ground rules. Things like maintaining civil discourse and respecting each other's privacy (e.g., don't use people's last names or anything else that can put them in a potentially dangerous situation).
I like the idea. What sort of theological topics do you plan to post? You also might be interested in a new class offered in Social Studies, called Comparative World Religions. Are you signed up for it?
